We employ hot water extraction method (Steam cleaning). When professionally done, it is the absolute most effective method of extracting soil, pollutants, biological contamination, odor and allergens from the carpeting, making the indoor environment a healthier place to live.

Pre-Inspection
I determine the fabric type and what steps will be necessary for the cleaning process
Pre-Treatment
Color safe cleaning solutions are then applied to your furniture to help break down soils, oils and general spots for a more thorough cleaning.
Pre-Grooming
A professional upholstery grooming brush is used to further loosen soil and general spots.
Soil Extraction
The Upholstery is then thoroughly rinsed with a hot solution to flush the upholstery of cleaning solutions. Normal dry time for your furniture will be several hours depending on conditions.
Post Inspection
After completing the job I will inspect the furniture with you and make sure you are completely satisfied.
Pre–Inspection
I will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet. I will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results.
Furniture moving
Regular pricing includes moving of most furniture items. Beds, dressers, entertainment centers, and heavier pieces are left in place under our regular pricing structure.
Pre-Spray
A preconditioning agent is applied to break down soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning. Pre-SpottingDifficult spots are pre-treated with special agents to increase chances of removal.
Pre-GroomingA professional carpet grooming tool is used for agitation to further loosen the soil.
Soil ExtractionThe carpet is then thoroughly rinsed with a hot solution to flush the carpet of cleaning solutions. Normal dry times is between 2 to 5 hours depending on conditions.
Post GroomYour carpet is then groomed a second time to set the carpet pile. Post grooming helps the carpet dry faster.
Post Inspection
After completing the job, I will walk through your home with you and make sure you are completely satisfied with the job.
