Pre–Inspection
I will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet.  I  will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results. 

Furniture moving
Regular pricing includes moving of most furniture items. Beds, dressers, entertainment centers, and  heavier pieces are left in place under our regular pricing structure.

Pre-Spray
A preconditioning agent is applied to break down soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning.       

Pre-Spotting
Difficult spots are pre-treated with special agents to increase chances of removal. 

Pre-Grooming
A professional carpet grooming tool is used for agitation to further loosen the soil.    

Soil Extraction
The carpet is then thoroughly rinsed with a hot solution to flush the carpet of cleaning solutions. Normal dry time is between 2 to 12 hours depending on fiber and degree of soiling. Average dry time 5 to 6 hours.

Post Groom
Your carpet is then groomed a second time to set the carpet pile. Post grooming helps the carpet dry faster.

Post Inspection
After completing the job, I will walk through your home with you and make sure you are completely satisfied with the job.

A professional upholstery grooming brush is used to further loosen soil and general spots.

The Upholstery is then thoroughly rinsed with a hot solution to flush the upholstery of cleaning solutions. Normal dry time for your furniture will be several hours depending on conditions.

Post Inspection
After completing the job I will inspect the furniture with you and make sure you are completely satisfied.
